Whether interest rates are high or low, there's always a reason to refinance.. If rates have fallen, it is your chance to save money on your home mortgage. Even if interest rates are high, you may still need to refinance to get cash for home improvements or a child's education. Whatever the reason, we're happy to help. Our title insurance company offers lower rates for refinances and title insurance often isn't even required for home equity lines of credit.
